Newsec has won the 1st position as advisor in Corporate Real Estate services in the annual Euromoney Real Estate Awards.
In addition to all professional services for investors and property owners Newsec has put a lot of effort and innovation to advisory services improving the performance of its Corporate Clients facilities and facility services. The key to the success within Newsec’s Corporate clients is based on proactive key-account management, where Newsec’s Corporate Key Account Managers combine the knowledge and resources of Newsec’s advisory services and Corporate Real Estate Management services into the use of Corporate clients.
With this service combination Newsec has been able to save substantially its Corporate clients’ occupancy costs, improve the flexibility to changes during business changes and reduce property related risks.
Newsec will further put focus on developing services for Corporate clients and has established the “Center of Excellence” to Newsec Finland, headed by Antti Tuomela. Newsec’s Corporate Services development team will have professionals from the Nordic and Baltic countries in order to provide consistent professional service to clients in Northern Europe.
